Why we do this
We started this company because real estate transactions (leasing, buying, or selling) can feel impersonal and transactional, even though they mark some of the biggest changes in a person's life. We wanted to build something different: a practice grounded in real relationships and genuine local knowledge.
We work across Los Angeles and Orange County, two regions made up of dozens of distinct neighborhoods, each with its own character. Understanding those differences, not just the listing data, is what lets us give advice that actually fits your situation.

Nesma Nuru
Nesma grew up in Orange County and knows its neighborhoods the way you only can from living in them. Interior design has been her thing for years, and it shows in how she reads a space: how a room actually works day to day, not just how it photographs.
She works mostly with renters across Los Angeles and Orange County. It's a part of the market a lot of agents skip, which is exactly why she likes it. Finding a place to live shouldn't feel like you're doing it alone.
Clients tend to say the same things about her: she picks up the phone, she knows the answer, and she'll tell you straight when a place isn't right for you.
