This site is run by Nesma Nuru Realty. This page explains what the site collects, why, and what happens to it afterward.

What the site collects

There are two forms on this site, and both are optional. Nothing is collected about you unless you choose to fill one out.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you're interested in, and your message.

The Get Matched form asks about the area and monthly budget you're looking in, your move-in timing, how many people are moving and whether you have pets, your monthly household income range and credit score range, and your name, phone, email, preferred contact method, and social handle if you'd like to share it.

The income and credit questions are self-reported ranges. We do not run a credit check, we do not pull your credit report, and we never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or any documents. Those questions exist so we can point you toward homes you're likely to be approved for instead of wasting your time.

How it's used

To respond to you and to help find properties that fit. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising.

Where it goes, and what we don't keep

Form submissions are delivered by email to Nesma. This site has no database. Your answers are not stored on the site or in any system we operate, so the only copy is the email in her inbox, the same as if you had emailed her directly.

Service providers

Two companies handle this information in the course of running the site. Vercel hosts it, and like any web host their servers keep basic request logs that can include IP addresses. Resend delivers the notification emails the forms generate.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There are no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no session or behavior tracking of any kind. Fonts are served from this site rather than loaded from an outside provider. If any of that changes, this page will be updated to say so.

Your choices

Email us and we will delete what you sent. California residents have the right under the CCPA to know what personal information is held about them, to request its deletion, and not to be treated differently for asking. Since the only record is an email in an inbox, honoring that is straightforward.
