Using a form doesn't create a working relationship

Sending the contact form or the Get Matched form starts a conversation and nothing more. A client relationship begins only when both sides agree to one in writing. Until then neither of us is committed to anything.

Get Matched is not a rental application

The Get Matched form is an intake questionnaire. It is not an application for housing and not a credit decision. The income and credit questions are self-reported ranges used to point you toward homes that fit, so submitting the form neither approves nor denies you for anything and does not reserve a property. Actual applications, screening, and approval are handled by landlords and property managers under their own criteria.
